What you may expect from this course:
The project of DISAWORK – Development and Implementation of a Social Emotional Approach to the Workplace, aims at raising the awareness on the importance of Emotional Intelligence in the labor market, providing high quality management in emotional skills to European entrepreneurs, managers, and SMEs, as well as their workers and employees. Through 6 weeks (1 welcome week + 5 weeks dedicated to different skills) you will get to know how to apply your learned practices, mind-tools and soft skills that can be used in the context of the workplace , and not only, for better performance. At the same time, self-paced learning through the weekly challenges and videos will let you explore the topics further.
Course Objectives and Learning Outcomes:
– Describe and define emotional intelligence and identify its components.
– Apply the concept of emotional intelligence to a workplace setting.
– Demonstrate what makes emotional intelligence different from ‘traditional’ intelligence.
– Encourage participants to implement better emotional management.
– Learn in depth about 10 emotional skills that consist of emotional intelligence.
– Practise recognizing and applying the different skills in an organizational environment.
Target Group:
This course is for anyone with a professional or personal interest in exploring emotional intelligence in workplace settings. It is suitable for those with a background in business, business associations, business incubators, trade unions, entrepreneurship or with relevant work experience and for those who wish to expand their existing emotional intelligence skills.

Evaluation & Certificate:
Attendees will receive their certificates after the end of the learning modules if the following criteria are met:
– The participants register until the announced deadline.
– The participant is in attendance for at least 80% of the webinar. (4/5 modules about the skills)
– The participant should successfully submit all the weekly challenges as set by the deadlines.
– Upon completion of the modules, the participant completes the evaluation survey. The evaluation survey must be completed within 2 weeks of the end of the module.
Participants will be emailed no later than one month after the course and once we have confirmed that they have met the above requirements.
